A PRAYER TO BEGIN THE WEEK! “The LORD is near to all who call on him…in truth,” Psalm 145:18

Lord it’s not a burden for me to take the time this morning to commit my week to you! You have demonstrated your love and care for me over and over and so I am confidently committing both the known and unknown events of my week to you! Lord, because you are near you will not let me or anyone who calls upon you have to battle with the world alone but you will ever be at his side. Lord, I call upon your name this morning in truth; from a heart that is not committed to pride or hypocrisy but one that is sincere in spirit. Lord this week be near to me not only because you are Omnipresent but be near to me with favor. And because I am seeking you this week I am confident I will find you and not be lost in my own desires and toil. Help me this week to enjoy your presence and experience you in all that I do, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
